Posie Hall and I are delighted to be guest Chefs at 180 Corner in March. A fantastic space to be working in and with a brilliant team, Posie & Lottie will be delivering the best dishes with incredible ingredients, sourced with their usual care and passion.
Next up at the Corner we have guest chefs Posie Hall & Lottie Brook. These two London-based chefs are the go to for showcasing the best of seasonal produce at intimate private dinners and parties. As Hall & Brook they've created a roaming dining experience previously in residency at Supermarket of Dreams and most recently at Layla Bakery. They'll be cooking over three nights (22nd - 24th March) with a menu heavily influenced by time spent working in European kitchens and deep respect for their English roots and its produce.
